Subsquid (SQD) is joining Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) - uniting decentralized blockchain data infrastructure with enterprise AI and digital-asset payment rails to create a single, intelligent commerce stack. Together we’re connecting the three pillars required for agentic commerce at scale: data, intelligence, and payments.

Almost five years ago, we started SQD with a simple but ambitious
goal: to make blockchain data universally accessible and usable at
scale. Today, I’m incredibly proud of what our team has achieved
building one of the largest decentralized data networks in the world,
now trusted by protocols with over $15 billion in combined total value
locked.

Joining Rezolve Ai marks a defining moment for SQD. The combination of
our decentralized data infrastructure with Rezolve’s intelligent
commerce platform creates powerful strategic potential across data,
AI, and payments - the foundational layers of the emerging agentic
economy.

I am honored to take on the role of CEO at SQD, with Dmitry as CTO, as we continue to advance the SQD vision within Rezolve AI. Our team
remains intact and committed. The same people, passion, and expertise
that brought us here.

Together with Rezolve, we are positioned to expand the reach and
impact of our technology and community within the evolving AI and
blockchain landscape. I want to thank everyone who has supported us on

This is of course a personal moment for me as a co-founder of
Subsquid. But also an incredibly important milestone for SQD and the
SQD Network.

The conviction in building a global database network, a 0->1 evolution
of cloud databases, has paid out, with Rezolve AI recognizing its

Also, as a co-founder, I am excited to see how a core technology is
